Decoding and Applying CBME Tools in GME

Join some of the coauthors of the EPAs, CMs, and RMs as they discuss the background and most importantly the application of these tools to enhance your fellows’ education and evaluation. Following a viewing of pre-recorded sessions, there will be a live Q&A with the presenters/coauthors.
This activity is strongly encouraged for fellowship directors and will help program coordinators as well. For others who work with your fellows, their participation will meet the letter and spirit of the ACGME’s requirement for faculty development. It will also provide ideas and resources to help you evolve your curricula, enhance evaluations, and create future faculty development activities.
