If they are bed bound and just at home without visitors there might not be a significant risk of contracting covid. That being said covid is not a pretty picture and the isolation imposed by covid is certainly not the way to spend final days.

I have the same question. We have 1820 patients. We are struggling with offering it. If we do, should we have a PPS cut off? Some of our patients with low PPS- less than 40- live in facilities and may actually be offered the vaccine by the state agencies. What are others doing? Does our...
